The therapists at Aspire provide individualized care to people recovering from injuries or surgeries, as well as those facing chronic conditions. Every patient is treated by a licensed physical therapist for all treatment sessions. Our therapists will create a customized treatment plan for you taking into consideration your specific needs and medical history. At Aspire, we make your goals our goals.
Our office is credentialed with most major insurance companies, including Medicare. We are conveniently located on Hwy 410 in Enumclaw with on-site parking.
Dr. Dennis Eldridge
Dr. Dennis Eldridge graduated from Western Washington University in Bellingham in 1993 with a BA in Exercise Science and earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma in 2000. He then completed a transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound in 2004. Dennis has worked in the field of physical therapy since 1994, initially working as a Physical Therapist Aide and Exercise Specialist. He has practiced as a physical therapist in Enumclaw since 2000.
Dennis is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, is SFMA Level 1 Certified and is a Certified Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association which enables him to instruct physical therapy students in the clinic setting. He enjoys working with all types of patients and has a special interest in athletics, particularly running and running related sports. He enjoys being active, working out, surfing, hiking, skiing and following his children’s activities. Dennis is married with three children all of whom love to be physically active.
Jared was born and raised in Spokane, Washington and received a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University in 2010. He graduated from University of Puget Sound in 2013 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He enjoys working with a variety of patients and diagnoses, but has a particular interest in athletes. He strives to help all patients find ways to make simple, practical changes in their daily life to help improve pain and return them to normal function. Jared is married and has one child. He enjoys being active, spending time with his family, cycling, running, triathlons, and hunting.
George Pedersen graduated from White River High School in Buckley in 1971. After driving truck for 15 years he went back to school and graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 1992. After graduating he has been working in Enumclaw as a physical therapist and owned his own practice from 1995 to 2010. He enjoys water sports, golfing and driving his dumptruck on the side. He is a Certified Senior Strength Trainer.
Carole Meeker, PTA
Carole Meeker graduated from Green River Community College in 1988 with an Associate of Science Degree for Physical Therapy Assistant.
Carole has worked in several different Physical Therapy settings including inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation (geriatric), home health and pool therapy.
She enjoys working with patients of different backgrounds. Carole likes working out, yoga, hiking, camping, being with family and friends and following her children’s interests. Carole is married with two children who are involved in sports and outdoor activities.
Kelly O’Brien, PTA
Kelly O’Brien, PTA. Physical Therapist Assistant. Kelly graduated from White River High School and earned her PTA degree from Green River Community College.
Rachel Dahl, PTA
Rachel Dahl graduated from Enumclaw High School in 2012 and continued her education at Green River College earning her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2015.
Rachel worked as a Physical Therapist Aid in an outpatient facility while in school working with a wide range of patients and age groups. In addition to working at Aspire Physical Therapy, she is currently working at the Special Nursing Facility in Enumclaw helping the geriatric population increase their functional independence.
Rachel endeavors to help establish physical therapy in third world countries such as Cambodia. She enjoys traveling, hiking, working out, climbing and spending time with her husband.
Administration / Business Manager
Lane graduated from Enumclaw High School in 1989 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science in 1993 from Western Washington University.
