Directions:

From the south: Travel east on Highway 410 into Enumclaw.  Turn left into our parking lot across from Fugate Ford.
From the east: Travel west on Highway 410 into Enumclaw. Turn right into our parking lot across from Fugate Ford.
From the west: Travel east on Highway 164 and turn right at Blake street. Turn right on Roosevelt (Hwy 410).  Turn right into our parking lot across from Fugate Ford.

Our clinic is located directly across from Fugate Ford and west of Columbia Bank on Roosevelt Avenue (Highway 410).
